Free of traffic, the 165 km drive takes around 2 hours. During winter weekends with high traffic volume or congestion on the A8, expect 30–45 minutes more — we factor this into the pickup time so you arrive on schedule.

We track your flight automatically using the flight number you provide at booking. If the landing is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time accordingly. 60 minutes of waiting after the scheduled landing are included free of charge.

Mercedes E-Class seats up to 3 passengers. Mercedes V-Class seats up to 6 with ample room for several large suitcases and special luggage. For bigger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles in convoy — get in touch for a tailored quote.

Your chauffeur meets you in person at the arrivals area of your terminal (T1 or T2) with a name sign. Shortly after landing you'll receive an SMS with the meeting point and the driver's phone number. Customs and baggage claim time are factored into the waiting period.

The price from €396 is a full fixed rate: transfer for up to 3 (E-Class) or 6 (V-Class) passengers, tolls, vignette, VAT, 60 minutes of waiting at the airport, and water on board. Child seats and special luggage can be requested free of charge in advance.
